The investment platform was developed in 2022 as a result of the collaboration between the Hunedoara County Prefecture, World Bank and European Commission teams, during the implementation of the project "European Union Trust Fund (EC Contract No. 2020CE160AT136) on Functional Areas in European Union" in the Jiu Conurbation Region. The platform contains the assets available for investment as received from local public authorities. In addition to assets in public ownership, lands privately owned by individuals or companies are also shown, if they have appeared on the presentation websites of the municipalities.

The platform contains assets available in the following municipalities:

  • Cities: Deva, Hunedoara, Lupeni, Petroșani, Vulcan

  • Towns: Călan, Hațeg, Simeria, Uricani
